Catering and Event Management
A: All of our rooms are priced differently based on the specific room size and layout you will need. Room cost is priced on a per day basis with most amenities included.
A: Our largest meeting room seats 100 people for a lecture or assembly meeting, but the entire venue can host up to 350 people for a corporate cocktail party.
A: Of course! We offer tours to any potential client. Just call (615) 921-0033, contact us online, or email us and we'd be happy to schedule a tour.
A: We will consider multiple day, multiple booking discounts.
A: There's a Hilton hotel located right beside the conference center, as well as several other nice hotels in the area.
A: Should it become necessary for a group to cancel a previously scheduled event at Envision, fees may apply based on when the cancelation occurs (see chart below).

A: We have a wide variety of catering options. Our 12 local caterers can provide nearly any cuisine you desire!
A: Many business events can be held at Envision! Corporate meetings, conference training sessions, board meetings, receptions, corporate retreats, classes, seminars, continuing education, networking events, and more!
A: We can plan the entire event if you'd like! All you need to do is give us a budget and a general direction and we will be happy to fulfill all your event planning needs.
A: Yes, we are a full-service conference meeting and event venue. Our staff can help in every aspect of your event, just let us know ahead of time and everything will be taken care of.
A: Any and all! Food allergies and other dietary needs should be made known when the meeting is booked to ensure we create the most comfortable, enjoyable experience for all of your guests.
A: No. All food and beverage must be provided by Envision. No outside food or beverage can be brought into the conference center.
A: Yes, we have beautiful chairs and tables/desks. Each desk seats two people each and can join together with others to seat large groups easily.
A: Yes, alcohol is allowed, however it must be accompanied by a licensed bartender hired by the Envision Conference Center.

For any other needs or requests, Olivia and Tracy are always available and can be contacted with a phone call or text.
A: We are open to any custom layout, but with our in-house tables and chairs our most common arrangements are Classroom, Lecture, Conference, and U-shape.
A: Envision is fully equipped with the latest audio and video technologies and high-speed wireless internet. You can host video conferences, conference calls, utilize our 70" flat-screen television screens, Apple TV, on our laptop or yours. Our largest meeting room has a projector and large screen great for presentations or lectures.
A: We offer a variety of in-house food and beverage options or you can opt for one of our 12 preferred caterers to provide meals or heavier snacks. Envision's private outdoor space has an official size bocce ball court that is free for our guests to use. There's even cornhole!

A: We always hold lost or forgotten items found on the conference center grounds. Simply give us a call and we'll try to arrange a prompt return.
